Camp Cacapon, LLC – Terms, Conditions, and Liability Waiver
Definitions.
“Camp Cacapon,” “we,” “us,” or “our” means Camp Cacapon, LLC and its owners, employees, agents, representatives, insurers, successors, and assigns.
“Renter,” “you,” or “your” means the individual making the reservation and all members of your party, including guests, visitors, and minors under your custody or control.
Waiver, Release, and Indemnification
By signing below, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your stay and release Camp Cacapon from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, or causes of action—known or unknown—arising out of or related to your presence at or use of the property, facilities, or equipment, including claims arising from negligence of Camp Cacapon or third parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
You agree not to bring any claim or legal action against Camp Cacapon for matters released under this Agreement. If any such claim is brought in violation of this Agreement, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Camp Cacapon harmless, including reimbursement of attorneys’ fees and costs.
Camp Cacapon is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of outdoor and rural environments, including but not limited to weather, terrain, wildlife, insects, and rodents, and agree to properly store food and personal items.
Rules, Compliance, and Termination
You acknowledge receipt of and agree to comply with all Camp Cacapon rules and policies, as amended. Violations may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund, at Camp Cacapon’s discretion.
Charges, Payments, and Authorization
You agree to pay all charges prior to departure, including lodging, damages, cleaning, or other fees. If your account is not settled at checkout, you authorize Camp Cacapon to charge the payment method on file for all outstanding amounts.
Damage, Cleaning, and Prohibited Activities

Report any damage or maintenance issues immediately upon arrival.

Unreported damage or missing items will be presumed to have occurred during your stay.

Charges may include actual damages, theft, excessive cleaning, unauthorized pets, indoor cooking, or smoking.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside glamping tents and glamping cottages. Any smoking indoors will result in a $250 cleaning fee.
Pets are not permitted inside glamping tents or glamping cottages.
Excessive cleaning will be billed at $50 per hour.
You are responsible for the cost of any missing or damaged items.

By signing, you confirm that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms, including the waiver of legal rights and financial responsibility provisions.
